  • We offer island-wide delivery within Sri Lanka
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary

8. Buy-Back (Store Credit System)

  • Customers may return books for store credit
  • Credit value depends on:
    • Book condition
    • Time taken to return
  • Store credit:
    • Is non-transferable
    • Cannot be exchanged for cash
    • May have validity limits (if specified)

PothLoop reserves full authority in assessing book condition and determining credit value.

9. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Abuse return or buy-back policies
